The stainless steel blade measures 11.5 cm, letting you scrape out the bottom of a jar no problem - it’s rounded tip makes spreading butter a breeze and a serrated section lets your tackle a cooked breakfast with ease. Beech is the most commonly used wood for Opinel handles, from France it makes for a hard, durable and beautiful looking piece - characterized by the presence of numerous small dark dashes in the grain.
