COVID-19 - Prevention and Store Policies

The shop has been open online throughout the year, and our 178 Shoreditch High Street shop is now open again. Thank you to everyone who's been in to see us, or shopped online, we are so grateful for your support.

WE ARE ASKING CUSTOMERS COMING IN TO THE SHOP TO:

- Wear face coverings inside the shop

- Maintain social distancing whilst inside the shop - a minimum of 1m and ideally 2m

- Follow the arrows

- Use hand sanitiser before entering the shop and handling items (we provide sanitiser at the entrance)

- Plan ahead

- Do not come to the shop if you are experiencing any symptoms

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO PROTECT YOU AND OUR TEAM:

- Increased cleaning throughout the day and of high traffic areas

- Team members wearing face coverings at all times in the shop

- Encouraging social distancing when possible in the shop

- Increased ventilation

- Providing hand sanitiser - we have sanitiser at the entrance to the shop which we ask everyone to use on entry, or please use your own

- Plastic screens at the till

- Max capacity at busy times to limit the number of people in the shop

- One way system to direct customers through the space and reduce crowding

Sun 11-6
